We got out of the apartment after a little nap and took a long walk through Luxembourg Gardens (where we will be spending most of Wednesday), up to the Pantheon, through the Sorbonne and the Latin Quarter, and St. Germain de Pres. We had a wonderful meal at Bistro Mazarin (steak with sauce bernaise - my favorite - grilled prawns, and a huge center cut pork chop in a herb mustard sauce. yum!).
We enjoyed crepes for dessert ("open-faced" crepe with a scoop of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry gelato and whipped cream sitting on a layer of hot chocolate sauce and hazelnuts - wow!) at A La Bonne Crepe.
