Big Girl Room

So, I have been chronicling our girl's move into a big kid room over at Families.com

The contractor has already been in and out of the house. The ceiling, trim and inside of the closet are painted and the paper hung from the walls with care. The bed and headboard arrived on Thursday afternoon and we picked up the white Hemnes dresser and nightstand from Ikea last night. By the end of the weekend our girl's room will be complete.

Now, where did I put that baby gate...

Amazing how fast her first three years have been. It seems like just yesterday we were moving her from bassinet to crib and today we move from crib to bed. We should start ordering the college applications soon, those days will surely be here before we know it.

Why do the days drag on but the years fly by?
