Let's get STINKy

On Saturday, the first ever Kid's and Family Music conference will be held in Brooklyn, New York. It's called, um, STINK.

I'm rather excited to be a part of the experience, which includes panel discussions on promotion, booking, distribution and TV/books/etc.. Panelists from Little Monster Records, PBS, Cookie Magazine, Putumayo Kids, The Pokey Pup and Dan Zanes himself will discuss these topics with children's musicians and media members (like me!)

Once business time ends, the musical fun begins. Attendees will be treated to an industry-only showcase featuring Lunch Money, 23 Skidoo, Ralph's World, Brady Rymer, School of Rock and a few more bands.

Should be a blast.

Next week, I hope to deliver some pictures and relay some moments from the event both here and on the OWTK Facebook page...why not became a fan!
